What Paint Protection Film Does For Your Car
The film sits on your paint as a self-healing urethane barrier against stone chips and scratches. A ceramic coating is a separate job, a chemical layer bonded to the paint. The film takes the impact, and the coating handles UV, grime and easy cleaning.
We’re XPEL and SunTek certified installers. Every film carries its own manufacturer warranty of up to 10 years against yellowing and delamination.
How Long Does the Film Take?
It depends on what you book. Partial coverage usually takes 1 to 2 days, and full vehicle coverage takes 3 to 5 days. A ceramic coating over the film cures indoors for 24 hours before the car is ready to collect.

Choose film on its own or with a ceramic coating. With both, the film goes on first and the coating goes over the top, protecting the film and the rest of the paint together. Every job is done indoors at Unit 4, 13 Thames Avenue, Klemzig SA 5087. The workshop’s specialist lighting and climate control keep dust, wind and weather off the paint while the film goes on.
